Created on Togo&#8217;s initiative, following a high-level ministerial conference held in Lom\u00e9 on May 3, 2023, it has ten members: Angola, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Libya, Mali, Namibia, Central African Republic, Tanzania and Togo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a06e805 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a06e805\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe APA was born in a globalized, polarized and unequal world context, where Africa has virtually no say. For the African continent, this means reinventing the way it positions itself to play its rightful role in the concert of nations.
